- ADON Corporation
January, 2024 - Present
- Developing strategies for a new platform business and in mobility
- Secured and imported raw materials and plastic bottles from China for Osong Corporation, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in South Korea; reduced production costs by 10% to 28%
- Exported baby products including rubber pacifiers, baby lotion, and boots from Canada to be sold in South Korean online market platforms with a profit margin of 35%

- OSONG Pharmaceutical Corporation
February, 2022 - January, 2024
- Registered 11 insecticides and 2 disinfectant products to be sold via the Public Procurement Service
- Directed Finance Division, Administration Division, Manufacturing Division, and Research Division
- Managed a task force team of 4 members to develop new products by running experiments and procuring chief ingredients from China, India, and Germany; registered 4 new products via the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety
- Devised new marketing strategies to target new customers; operated online marketplaces with Naver and Coupang, opened up B2C and B2B channels alongside with expanding current B2G channels
- Imported raw and subsidiary materials from China and India; reduced material costs by minimum 18%

- Researched Canadian market trends and connected potential buyers with numerous Korean small to medium sized companies; Future Green Corporation successfully exported its future farming technology system, Upang exported UV sterilizers, NS Corporation exported hand sanitizers, Daeyang exported Polyester Staple Fiber, etc.
- Constructed business plans and delivered activities to promote Korea’s export capacities through organizing 13 trade missions and attending 4 trade shows; arranged 3 to 6 meetings per company that participated in trade missions
- Operated two online marketplaces “KOTRA Omni” and “K-Beauty Insider” to increase awareness of Korean consumer goods and skincare products; reached to more than 100,000 users through advertising
Project Manager
- Sip Ja Sung Corporation
June, 2017 - June, 2019 - Initiated foreign business at Sip Ja Sung Corporation and was responsible for all of Sip Ja Sung Corporation’s foreign business
- Imported plastic bottles from manufacturing companies in China, reducing the cost by minimum 18% to maximum 35% on each type of bottles
- Imported clove oil from a trade company in China reducing the cost by 20%
- Ensured that projects are completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met. Some projects that I was responsible for were:
- Relocation of the main manufacturing factory
- Registration of the company to different governmental organizations to broaden our target clients
- Setting up distribution schedules and keeping track of all financial records
- Redesigning the manufacturing process to increase reliability of our products
